For Libby\, the idea of immersion and engaging all the senses through the arts evolved in journaling\, where the experience of life can be enriched in a personal meaningful way\, is a gift to oneself. The workshop will focus on how to capture the present moment in a journal while incorporating the senses; this creates a very rich yet personal record of a particular moment. Each participant will receive a handmade paper journal and all the supplies needed to carry on their journaling experience. \n
